BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
A few useful answers.
What should I include in my first inquiry?
Tell us the help you are looking for, where things stand and any date you want us to know about. A short account is enough to start. Leave out confidential documents and detailed sensitive information.
Can I send documents with the form?
Please do not send documents through the initial website inquiry. After the appropriate review, our team will explain what we need and how to provide it through the approved process.
Does an inquiry book a consultation?
No. We first review conflicts, suitability and availability. We will explain how to arrange a consultation and any applicable fee. An inquiry does not confirm representation.
What if I have a closing date or legal deadline?
Include any date you want us to know about and call our office if the request is time-sensitive. We cannot confirm that we can act or meet a deadline until we have reviewed the matter and agreed on the work. If there is an immediate threat to someone’s safety, call 911.
Can we meet virtually?
Virtual appointments are available where appropriate for the service and your circumstances. We will explain any in-person, signing, identification or attendance requirements.
